What we collect
- Your email address, to sign you in with a one-time code.
- Your plan profile: destination, program level, intake, GPA, gap years, English test and score, how your studies are funded, tuition estimate, city and exchange rate.
- Your progress: which steps and documents you've marked done.
- Visa outcome reports, only if you choose to submit one.
How we use it
- To build and save your personal timeline, checklist and cost estimate.
- To show you when a rule that affects your plan has changed.
- Outcome reports are combined into anonymous statistics. A group's results are only shown once at least 5 students have reported, and individual reports are never shown to anyone except their author.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't share your personal details with schools, agents or banks without your explicit permission.
- Your name and email are never included in statistics.
Your choices
- You can edit your profile at any time.
- You can delete any outcome report you submitted from the report page.
- You can delete your account, plan and progress at any time from your Account page. Outcome reports you haven't deleted stay in the anonymous statistics, no longer linked to you.
- Feedback you send through the Feedback button is stored with the page it was sent from, and with your account if you were signed in.
Where it's stored
- Data is stored with our database provider (Supabase) and protected so that each account can only read its own plan, progress and reports.
